Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made on PowerYourSocial.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Nature of the service

PowerYourSocial provides promotional social growth services for public social media profiles and public content. Services may include followers, likes, views, comments, reshares or similar visibility signals depending on the selected platform and package.

PowerYourSocial is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Meta, ByteDance or any other social media platform.

2. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct platform, service, quantity, username, profile link or content link. Incorrect, private, restricted, deleted or unavailable profiles and posts may delay or prevent delivery.

The customer understands that social platforms can change their rules, ranking systems, visibility systems or account behavior at any time.

3. Delivery

Orders usually start within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the selected service, selected quantity, platform conditions, profile status and operational capacity.

Some services are delivered gradually to keep the process cleaner and more natural. A visible delay does not automatically mean that the order has failed.

4. Warranty and replacements

The service is considered delivered when the ordered quantity becomes visible on the selected platform. PowerYourSocial is not responsible for later removals, drops or reductions caused by the social platform, user behavior, content deletion, profile restrictions, profile privacy changes or incorrect links.

If a replacement warranty applies to the purchased service, support may review the order and provide restoration according to the applicable service conditions. The minimum restoration request is EUR 5.00.

5. Refunds

A refund can be requested if the purchased service has not started within the review period indicated by support. Refunds are normally not available after a digital service has already started, been delivered or been consumed.

For this reason, customers are encouraged to place a smaller test order before purchasing a larger package.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through external payment providers. PowerYourSocial does not store full card numbers or card security codes on this website.

Payment confirmations, IPN messages, webhooks and operational order handling may be processed through Mikaecom infrastructure where necessary to complete the transaction.

7. Platform risk

No promotional service can guarantee zero platform risk. Customers should evaluate their own risk tolerance before purchasing any social growth service.
